Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Approximate delivery times:

  • Korea: 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Some items may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Production and shipping times for these items will be stated on the product page or communicated separately.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Customs duties and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, weather conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or damaged parcels
