At ANTONIO SHIN, we value quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged;
  • all original tags are attached;
  • the item is returned in its original packaging;
  • the item is not a final sale or non-returnable item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • made-to-order or custom-made items;
  • personalized items;
  • final sale items;
  • gift cards;
  • items returned in used, altered, or damaged condition.

3. How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at shinbrandinfo@gmai.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number;
  • the item(s) you wish to return;
  • the reason for return;
  • photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shinbrandinfo@gmai.com with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges through the website at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will advise on availability.

8. Refusal of return

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
